This is the hardware they removed from my foot. (Sans quarter!) It felt much bigger in my foot, but it is still a little intimidating in person. The boys asked if I could keep it so I asked Dr Williams.... natch!! It will go in my journal box right next to my wisdom teeth!! Your welcome Mom & Dad!! Grin...........

So the big question is, how is it healing? I hope that the removal of all that stuff is a good sign.

I hope everything heals up well this time. My mom has screws in her knees. We use to tease her when they got loose...you have a screw loose..ha ha...okay so it was lame. But I wish you the best!
That looks so painful. SO PAINFUL. Those things look huge to have been in your foot!
I hope you're doing better each day. Today I thought of you when I passed the peanut M&M's.
My mom had that done to her foot... She is more than glad to be done with it all. Hope you heal and that you will be on the move enough to move.
