I am thoroughly convinced that I was a man in a former life, and they forgot to switch out my "man glands" since becoming a woman. Seriously!! I am in a wedding next weekend, so I have been trying to figure out what to do with the ridiculously straight mop that is meant to be my hair. I tried hot rollers. No luck. I got so hot with the stupid things in my hair that I actually had little beads of sweat on my forehead and by the time I took the last roller out of my hair, the rest had gone completely flat! The good hair gene was just not in my "pool". No, no. I got the hair that sticks to your head, you need to rat it into a clown wig to look halfway decent, and the minute I walk outside, poof, all that work is for nothing. I have decided I need to cut my hair or steal some of my sister's genes. Of course, she got all the good ones!! No fair AMY!! I'm telling MOM!! Wait, I got her hair, never mind!!! Grin..........

I agree with Brooke. You always look great. Its funny, you know, if you have straight you want curly, if you have curly you want straight. Its just a girl thing :-)
Ditto to what the other two said...I think everyone hates their own hair...I feel your pain!
My hair hates me and my desires to occasionally have pretty curls. The only thing that I have found that remotely was able to curl my hair for a few hours was those steam rollers from like a decade ago and no one makes them anymore. You held the roller over a stream of steam for like ten seconds and then put it in your hair and then wait for it to set. I am a man-sweater especially on my head but these weren't hot, I really wish I could find those curlers.

Oh girl your hair is soooo curly campared to mine! You know what does work..... coloring your hair. I swear, when I color my hair it takes a curl better. It will stay in for two hours instead of two minutes... Good luck. I'm so glad that strait, geometric hair is in. that is the way I've gone.
well I I don't know what to tell ya I shaved mine and now I totally love short hair no more curls for me. I really do like your hair if my hair would do half the things you do with yours I would grow my hair out tomorrow. You will look good.
