Let me just tell you how happy I am that it is summer. I am so happy I could, well I don't know what I could do, I am just glad I can sleep in a little more now. I know, it is all about me. We picked the kids up from school today and Tanner got a huge "Goofey" hat from his teacher. His t-shirt was covered with signatures and he had the biggest grin on his face. Sawyer was crying. He loved his teacher and had her crying by the time he reached her in line to give her a hug goodbye. It was so cute. He cried for a while. We had a pizza & root beer party to celebrate the beginning of summer and then of course we had to have chocolate chip cookies. Looking at all the stuff the boys brought home just made me smile. They have grown so much this year. I can't believe it.
Tomorrow we get out Passport pictures (ugh) and paperwork all started. I'll keep you posted on the CT Scan cos I am sure everyone is on the edge of their seats over my whole foot debacle!! Grin.
At the end of the day, all I could think about was that song we used to sing as kids on the last day of school......"No more teachers, no more books, no more teacher's dirty looks....." Life is good.

I used to sing that song when I was little. I actually loved school just like your kids though. What do you need passports for? Maybe I missed something.
I sang that song to my kids this morning, they thought it was pretty funny!! Hope the scan brought good news this morning, talk to you soon.
I hope you have a wonderful time on your trip. We'll miss you.
It's taken me a few days to come to grips with it, but I think that I will survive the summer and it won't be so awful. I am now just trying to be excited for the kids so maybe I won't get so much, I am bored, comments.
