Today was military appreciation day at the State Fair. Of course we had to go. The rides were free from 1-3. We had a blast out in the heat and were a little sad this will be our last fair here. Here are some highlights from the day....
Tanner, Christian, Haley & Sawyer posing before heading up the rope ladder and across a bridge to find the slid that leads out of the obstacle course.
Sawyer & Haley sitting in the Ferris Wheel.
A view of the Fair from the Ferris Wheel. I know, aren't you proud of me, I actually went on this? I kept telling Sawyer to stop moving but I found my happy place and lived to tell about it. I am a wimp, what can I say.
Sawyer coming down the slide of the Star Wars fun house.
Help help I'm being repressed.
This is a ride Tanner & I went on. Look very closely, because we are spinning while we are completely upside down. I was looking for Ray Finkle and a clean pair of shorts after this one.
I thought he was going to hit himself on the back the way he was swinging the hammer.
Tanner got up to 119 on the scale.

The fruits of their labor!!

Awesome I wish we would have went. You are totally more brave than I am. GO ALLI! GO ALLI! I love the new blog and music too!
I can't believe you went on that upside down spin ride! We were there as well enjoying the military day though we were stuck watching Zoe ride the kiddie rides which by the way she thought were amazing.
I am actually REALLY bummed that Cameron and I are missing the fair. Is that pathetic or waht? I have some obsession with fairs and zoos and little kid stuff. its fun! Those pictures make the fair look REALLY big too! Godtimes!
Ah, the North Dakota State Fair. I miss that. I hope you went to see Daryl's racing pigs!
Oh! I miss the fair up there. Have you ever gotten the mini donuts there? They are soooo good!
