HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY!!!
Ok, so everyone knows that I am completely horrible when it comes to keeping in touch. Mentally I am fantastic. I talk to each of you weekly if not bi -weekly and know everything that is happening in your lives. Realistically, I do think about you daily it just never makes it past the whole mental thing. Hence, this Blog. I know, you are thinking I am crazy. To that all I have to say is that it took you long enough to figure that one out!! We will see what becomes of this. My plan is to update weekly, but let's not hold our breaths.
Since the C-mas letter, Chad has had his ACL surgery. I am still not able to walk fully and we got orders to Japan!! Whew. We have had a busy three months. We are very excited to be moving. I have decided snow is over rated. Seriously. Snow eight months out of the year for 9 months gets old. Yeah, it gets cold too, but I am looking forward to melting in Japan. We are going to Kadena Air Base in Okinawa. It will be interesting. We will be there for four years. Chad will be working on the F-15C model. This will be his third plane. He has wanted to go to Japan ever since we got in the military so he is over the moon. The boys are excited as well. Sawyer sometimes comes home from school and asks if we are moving today. We don't leave until November so we still have a while. I love how they give you "forever" notice in the military when you are moving over seas. It is seriously the hurry up and wait game. Here are the orders you have waited 13 years for.... now wait 9 more months!!
Pinewood Derby is on the 25th of this month so I will post some pictures later. Our 13th Anniversary is on the 24th and I am off for a girls only weekend to Fargo on the 28th & 29th. I am very excited. Especially since I can take my Handicap Parking rearview mirror thing and we won't have to walk as far!!
Cheers!!

If you couldn't already tell from my email, I am so excited. Now we can keep in touch so much better. I am horrible with phone calls and emailing. Love you guys.
YEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!!!! You have finally come to the "blog" side. I'm totally excited. This whole blogging thing can be pretty addicting. At least that is what I have seen from Jolene (I don't really have time to be an addict). Anyways congrats on the orders to Japan. We will miss you (but not any more than we miss you now). Hope the ankle starts feeling better. Love you guys!
