Utter Chaos

I'm thinking that we are falling apart since we moved to Japan. We have been sick more the past three months than we have ever been I think. A couple of weeks ago, Chad & I were blissfully sleeping when Sawyer came into our room around 4am screaming bloody murder. Freaked us right out. He kept screaming & puking & screaming & puking begging us to take him to the doctor. For those of you who know Sawyer, he is not a big fan of doctors. So, the fact that he was basically trying to pull us both out the door in our pajamas was a warning sign. We finally get to the ER, which is on Camp Foster about 25-30 minutes away, and the doctors think it is his appendix. They did all these tests and didn't find anything. They ended up doing a CT scan which showed everything with his appendix was fine. We did get a shock when they found a cyst in his bladder and swollen kidney tubes. They suspect Kidney Reflux, which is when the tubes of the kidneys are too full and the urine (ew) gets kicked back into the kidneys. We have been to the doctors quite a bit the past few weeks, everyday last week. I am sick of appointments. We are waiting for just a few more tests and a follow up to the Urologist & we will have more info. We do know that the cyst will need to be removed. They are going to fly us to Hawaii to have that done. Our follow up with the Urologist on the island is on the 15th of April so I will keep everyone posted. Please keep us in your prayers.
